Beyond Finance reviews

It's a hostile work environment working for beyond. Most of us are currently looking for a way out. CSD just inst a good place to work with current management. Everything is just micro managed. Unfortunately some of the people I used to enjoy working with either already left or are discouraged to stay. I guess it's a red flag when there are no current employees in my department who have been here for more than a year. With the exception one person. As it seems if your not willing to kneel down and get your brown nose ur not going to move forward. I dont want to look for a new job but unfortunately if it foesnt improve with in the next few months I have to.
