      A great open door policy! I'm fortunate enough to work with a fantastic team. Management wants you to be successful and will help as much as they can.

      Cons

      Every company has a few kinks they could iron out. Communication pertaining new processes could be a bit better. However, all in all...great place to work.

      You literally have to give your notice in order for the people that run this place to do anything for you. Give your 2 weeks and then wait and they will come running to keep you and offer you the moon and the stars. If you don't threaten to leave tho you will get nothing. They love to use their employees and treat them like crap until they are about to leave. But get any promise they make you in writing or they will go back on it for sure.
