The people on the floor are fantastic and really care about the clients, but leadership feels out of touch. Decisions are often made top-down with very little input from those actually doing the work. Communication regarding internal changes is often vague, leading to a lot of frustration and turnover. The company has grown fast, but the internal infrastructure hasn't kept up.

I was terminated without warning and without any behavioral issues three weeks into training. They give you very little information and only so much time to train and if you don’t get it right that’s it.
