Pros

Good work-life balance, family-like mindset, easy work

Cons

No resources, disorganized corporate structure, no innovation, wrong priorities, terrible policies. Their stores are falling apart and very little is done about it because of the fear of spending money. The company is ran by older white men who lack the creativity and innovation needed to attract new customers. They seem either unwilling or unable to change their thinking and adapt to how the retail world is changing.

Pros

Pays well, has benefits, and gives company stock for full time employees, especially compared to most sales clerk jobs.

Cons

Corporate has some old policies, such as men shouldn't have stubble, can't wear earrings, and must wear a collared shirt and tie to work every day, even during the summer if it's 100 degrees out. They also will cave to the customer pretty much any time and have the world's most lax return policy. People know this and abuse it.
