Why I love working at Bi Mart Corporation

Pros

Excellent benefits, employee owned, employee buying program, people, wages are competitive, lots of room for advancement, paid yearly product knowledge seminars. Just an all around awesome place to be employed.

Cons

I can't really think of any downside. Sometimes getting product could be difficult and not enough space to store overstock

Employee discount, positive interactions with customers, and closed on Thanksgiving. Gain experience managing a large team and wearing many hats.

Cons

Will work long hours with an inconsistent schedule. Your ability to enact change within the store culture can be limited by your superiors.
