      -Great place to be in the midst of all the changes with COVID -Excellent experience builder -Encouragement to be autonomous and innovate, no matter what your role is, which can drive good change in the company -Business is moving with the current of digital transformation, so there is so much more room to grow.

      Cons

      -While culture on the whole is good, there is a lot of politics within the business between different groups. -Channel conflict is rife between different partner business units, which puts team members at odds unnecessarily -Executive leadership is hesitant to embrace remote work
