      Pros

      Free beer and flip flops.

      Cons

      Un-focused, lack of direction. Very aggressive sales culture and misguided marketing efforts. Unrealistic expectations for growth. They are no longer a start-up, but more like a publicly traded, quarterly reporting company who has lost their soul along the way.

      Pros

      Offered some legitimate foundations for starting a career and contributing to something cool when it was smaller.

      Cons

      The culture, values, and general human decency suffered tremendously once it outgrew itself, and senior management and leadership lost all credibility for more reasons than I can list here. The company just completely stopped caring about the people who actually make it work and fuel the growth.
