      Autonomy and ability to effect change

      Cons

      No work life balance. Accomplishments aren't celebrated, unless you work in sales. Unlimited PTO, but good luck being able to step away or have real time off. If you perform well and are a hard worker, you'll be rewarded with additional work with no additional compensation. Non competitive salary, No 401(k) match. No ESPP program.

      Provide health care, pet insurance, sick & pay time off

      Cons

      Does not care about your growth in the company. Your job is based on your customer's mood and how they want to rate you that day. Even if you solve their problems. Managers are no help, and tech leads micromanage and bullies.

      Just Another Boiler Room

      Cool office, it has a very high-tech "start up" feel

      Cons

      All the fun stuff is just to attract more bodies. It's a cold-calling boiler room. You'll bother the same business owners bothered by Yodle, Main Street Hub, SEO Stars, Invenio.. all the same people selling the same garbage. These companies (especially BigCommerce) all advertise happy young people dancing gangnam style and "rockin" the workplace. Puh-leeez... It's just another dead-end, advance fee scam.
