      Tons of talent in the past year have left to pursue other opportunities. Our last CMO lasted 6 months…. Something is in the air and it’s not being addressed.

      I have been at Billtrust for awhile and thoroughly enjoy the company. Billtrust is leading the market in helping company's automate their order to cash process. The only vendor that provides a single solution and the only one that is innovating in the market. Love things like the golf outings, cook outs, and all of the really cool things that the company does. Love the passion of the leadership and how they believe that we are really doing great things

      Cons

      Growth comes with some pains. Hiring is slower then is should be in a company that is growing this quickly. Some of the next tier managers are learning on the job.
