      They offer a good product and have a good market opportunity.

      Cons

      Nearly the entire executive team and senior leadership team turned over in 2025. It's not clear yet whether the new leaders are aligned on strategy to improve the business.

      Less than 10% hitting quota "unlimited pto" is a joke. Managers will call you day and night, weekend and weekdays, and on pto. Chat GPT described my managers communication style as " Directive and Top down - pessimistic and critical - micromanaging and distrusting - gas lighting tendencies- low emotional intelligence.
