Pros

Incredibly, down-to-earth professionals are the entire way up the organization. The company has an impactful vision and recognizes as many internal achievers as possible. The company is looking to grow responsibly but efficiently. Truly invested as a work-from-anywhere culture.

Cons

Work-from-home Culture, while preferred, does mean it is harder to develop more personable connections. The company does prioritize this through in-person meetings when possible.

Lots of change but for the better

Pros

There has been a lot of change in the finance org and at the company level. It's hard work but this is necessary. Before working here, I came from a very corporate environment and there was an adjustment period. The encouragement of "bring your whole self to work" has been life changing.

Cons

I really cannot think of any cons when it comes to working at Billtrust. My department and company leaders are amazing!
