      Used to be great

      Pros

      -Workload is still manageable with 40 hours (sounds like this isn't true for most of the company anymore, though) -Small company allows for cool stuff to still be done by individuals -Great people and lower management -Fully remote

      Cons

      -Pay. The compensation is a joke and they know it. -The new CEO is a word salad machine who is at odds with half of our stated """core values""". -Pitiful raises this cycle show they are not at all committed to keeping good employees around -Laid off 8% of the workforce and expects us to do more for the same pay

      Pros

      Open PTO, decent benefits, fun work environment most of the time, Paid training at least for some departments. Salaries are ok. With great challenges comes great opportunity to make a big difference for the company.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is killing productivity and innovation. Sprint teams get outright insulted during sprint reviews for various reasons (really healthy feedback). Bandaid fixes everywhere. No direction. Massive tech debt

      The people here are incredible. Work with nearly 1k other companies' data. Remote work is fantastic with a great team to connect with,

      Cons

      A lot of sudden changes including how bonuses are calculated right before the end of the year. Demands very high performance at all times but the compensation is very low compared to market rates (for my position). Health plan "benefit" is super expensive and not worth it.
