Open PTO-If you have the bandwidth to take it.

Cons

Company is top heavy Open PTO policy unfortunately too busy to take PTO No career path/advancement opportunity 8% of company let go after acquisition. No career longevity. New CEO is tone deaf, disregards core values. Low compensation/Benefit package.

Pros

The employees gave their heart and soul to this company but when the new CFO arrived, it was all about padding the pockets of the Csuite, equity firms and board.

Cons

A company that's never made a profit and laid off many valuable and loyal employees to monopolize and take back outstanding stock options from former employees. Hope the new equity firm does their homework and realizes they are buying a "lipstick on a pig" cloud solution provider with a mediocre product.

To be honest I don’t have any pros to speak of.

Cons

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, poor leadership, poor comp plan, sales team is looked down upon from all levels of leadership. Company cannot deliver on implementations and charge back the sales reps, over promise under deliver at the sales reps expense. Literally a sweat shop for a sales rep, if you’re strategic not the place for you. This is a glorified inside sales job!!
