Billtrust has a value, "it's all about our people". This is meant to convey that they care a lot about employees, and in my experience, this is true. We have an open PTO policy and people are encouraged to take it. It's cliche, but best part of BT is the people. Teams seem to work well together, and in the few instances that hasn't happened - upper management has taken resolving those issues seriously. Pay is fair, great PTO + parental leave policy, employee stock options, etc. Recently company gave all employees option to work wherever they want going forward. Generally speaking, I have a lot of respect for management, at highest levels to lower. Billtrust has done more than many companies when it comes to diversity and inclusion - and I felt they handled pandemic very responsibly and listened to employees.

Cons

Sometimes it seems priorities change too quickly - but that's not uncommon. Not my own experience, but some teams feel whipped around a bit which may have caused a loss of some high-performing employees.
