      Pros

      The only company I've ever worked for with a group of executive leaders that are willing to listen and talk to EVERYONE. They also provide a ton of training and coaching opportunities for employees to grow within the company. Billtrust does a great job hiring employees that will fit in with the work hard play hard culture and weeding out toxic employees.

      Cons

      Denver office location is far from almost everything and not easy to get to(170/225). There not many food / drink options nearby for lunch or post work happy hours.

      Pros

      This company is wonderful to work for as top management has an open door policy and is very down to earth. The company prides itself on work life balance and lives by that. It is a casual dress environment with a game room etc. and departments will facilitate team building activities outside of the office.

      Cons

      When I was hired for my position the biggest downside to the job was a lack of training on role specific duties, as well as a lack of understanding of what my role was going to be.

      Many "Titles"....So Few Leaders / Bully Culture / Littered with Sacred Cows

      Definitely comforted to know that there are so many people secretly dying inside.

      Cons

      Billtrust has far more than their fair share of worthless, title grubbing, kiss up VP's incapable of doing the job. While there are some true top grade managers, the astoundingly poor managers are much more in abundance. SHOCKING how so many people from different departments point to the same VP's as useless yet they remain at their job. Senseless decisions are constantly being made by a collective group of brainless people who are in positions just way beyond their ability. But...they kiss up to the most senior management and do a FANTASTIC job at finger pointing and OUTRIGHT LYING. Never saw so many blind executives that refuse to do anything to their "favorites". It is truly unbelievable just how bad this place is.
