Pros

It is Pretty place to work. I use to enjoy my work environment but not any more. A few employees from other departments are nice to work with.

Cons

Have had many different managers and co workers over the years. Management is quick to point out flaws and put you down, never receive praise. Benifits get worse every year. They don't care about the fact that you have a life outside of work. Co workers and new managers will do o say anything to make them selves seem better thn everyone else.

Pros

It's great to be part of an organization that has been a part of the community and local history. There are definitely some good perks involved in working there. The range of things to be involved in with the company can be really fun.

Cons

They say they want it to still feel like a family run business and yet it still feels very corporate. If you're just a low level employee you probably won't feel very heard.

Pros

Biltmore is a beautiful place to work. Most of the time it is a lot of fun. Most guests are thrilled to be there. The company is pretty stable and benefits are pretty good for the area.

Cons

Closed minded to new ideas. There is a lot of office politics in some departments. They are really quick to point out all your mistakes.
