Pros

The property is very pretty.

Cons

Management treats you horribly, horrendous pay, ‘loophole’ kind of system that keeps a large percentage of employees without benefits.

Pros

I've worked my fair share of jobs in toxic workplaces, and I can honestly say Biltmore is the best company I've worked for. The pay and workload are fair, and they are very open to flexible work arrangements (i.e. WFH). Plus, the perks of getting to work at such a beautiful tourist attraction are also wonderful.

Cons

The one major con is because the company is so small, and they do such a great job of hiring people, there isn't a lot of upward mobility. However, management does a good job of encouraging professional and skill development.
