Pros

Access to the estate anytime, Discounts, Good Co-workers, extra perks like southern highlands card, free clinic on the estate if you don't have insurance for staff

Cons

It is run as a corporation. Nobody likes to own up to problems, many processes that could be done better and refusing to grow into a more modern mindset. Too many leaders/supervisors/managers who don't really do much of anything. Scheduling can be a nightmare and time off blocked out.
