      Pros

      The marketing department works SO efficiently and effectively. It's a great group of people with amazing creatives and great directors. Pay is pretty good but a little low considering the cost of living in Asheville.

      Cons

      Predominantly male leadership even in departments dominated by women. It would be cool to see them progress some more in having more women in VP level positions.

      Beautiful surroundings! Flexible scheduling, team players, leadership respect is reciprocated, everyone is happy to be there; guests and fellow employees alike. Gracious hospitality is expected and given. Uniforms provided, employee benefits, access to the grounds & special events when off duty, employee discounts, occasional free entry tickets awarded and profit sharing.

      Traffic in Asheville when traveling to and from work.
