Excellent company I worked for as House Security Reserve Staff. Bill Cecil (CEO); his family create a great family feel.

Pros

The business treats you like family and they even have a family Christmas gathering every year at the estate for employees where they even have gift for the kids along with other employee things make you feel like family.

Cons

An occasional drunk but The Estate doesn't stand for it. It's under Cons; but I never saw any in the years I was Reserve Staff.

Pros

Love the history, grounds, guests and esp. fellow employees truly work as a team. Have gained tremendous knowledge in short time.

Cons

They do not pay a living wage. Very physical job (which is fine) but it is thankless. Schedules are rarely posted more than a week ahead. Shifts are frequently changed when you get to work. No consistency. No one believes the supervisors have our backs. If you make good tips, they cut your pay.

Management and team are a delight. Worked with the best of the best. Hourly wage starting was great for the area. Lots of room for advancement in the company. Lots of benefits and perks that come along with the job.

Cons

Scheduling can be unpredictable at times and there are monthly manditory meetings outside of work.
