      Great Place to work but pay is not up to par to leave in Asheville

      Great Company to work. Good Benefits, Wonderful people and most of all Beautiful place

      Cons

      The pay is very low. Its hard to leave in Asheville and work at Biltmore. I have been with the company for almost 5 years and have had to work a part time job to eat.

      Pros

      The working environment is friendly and it is a beautiful place to work. I feel the management I report to is very receptive to ideas and feedback.

      Cons

      Pay is minimal. With low unemployment, I feel Biltmore could be more competitive. I've worked for the company for ten years and the starting pay has increased buy the pay to those already employed is increased minimally each year.
