Pros

Paid on a weekly basis

Cons

Absolutely zero empathy for employee needs. Expectations of employees to sacrifice personal time for work needs is beyond what is listed for the job. High turnover rates fueled by an inability to adapt to feedback. Every employee is treated like they are replaceable, little effort is made to disguise that mentality from management. I never felt like my justifications for decisions I made were accepted by management. Even when the choice was entirely on me to make.

Pros

Tips over holidays. Beautiful grounds. Great chefs.

Cons

Long training, 8 days w orientation. 14 emails first two days I was hired. Greedy coworkers only cared about money. Political and you have to get along well with ALL your coworkers to get shifts.
