Pros

Really it's the best job I have ever had. They seem happy to have you there. I see my boss in the morning and often not again the entire shift. You find out what your jobs of the day are and then they leave you on your own to do it. They fire more people than other jobs, which I think is great because it weeds out those who don't do there work and keeps those of us that work hard with tons of independence!

Cons

The pay is too low and half the jobs get a free meal when working and half of us don't- which stinks because my department didn't get free meals and the people who work at the Inn loved to brag about how good their free meals are- so I guess its a plus if you actually get to eat
