Sad! Once was a great company, strong product line, high turnover, capped commissions and run like a Pharma company.

Great products! Flexible schedule, great way to get "introduced" to medical device area.

Cons

Capped commissions, poor comp plan, "higher-ups" are so removed from what sales force that do not fully understand the sales process and what is on a day to day basis. One feels very much like your just a number. Continuous lack of direction and focus on product line. High-high turnover. Overall very opressive company culture
