Cons

Executive team is all pharmaceutical background. Tenured reps have left as income is down under new management.

Great experience when this division was a part of Smith&Nephew. This division was sold to a group of private investors.

Sales Reps could schedule DME appointments and sales calls. Great company to use as a spring board for medical devices.

Cons

Lack of opportunities to advance your career since they hire externally. Tremendous amounts of paperwork to accomplish in the evening hours since the sales force is also in charge of data entry and processing orders. Management is new due to a force out of upper managers and 50 other employees in October of 2013.
