Encouraging growth, great place for self-starters

Pros

The company progressing in the right direction thanks to a good product and investment in a strong team. It's a fast-paced and exciting environment with friendly employees and a great place to work if you like getting stuck in. Flexibility to WFH.

Cons

There have been some growing pains and issues in the wider organization and some bugs in the product, but these are being ironed out. A high turn over of employees, particularly in NORAM & EMEA, has led to some uneasy feelings among the global team. The Sales Team is pretty cut-throat, but then again most tech companies are... More needs to be done to cultivate team spirit in the UK office, such as team bonding and social events.

Pros

There is a real opportunity to make an impact within the company. Everyone is very passionate about the strength of the product and believes in the company's potential. Moves quickly and agile to adapt to changing marketplace and customer needs. Great for self-starters and people with ideas who are happy to do what is needed to make them happen.

Cons

Fast-paced and so if that is not your preference then it is not the place for you. You will not be handed things on a plate so you need to have real initiative.
