Money & benefits - Let's be honest, who doesn't expect good pay or amazing benefits from your employer, especially if it is well warranted. Well, that is exactly what BRCC offers. Freedom - work location flexibility is amazing!! Pride - With the exponential growth that BRCC is currently seeing, you get hit with an overwhelming feeling of pride knowing that you were part of that growth. Management - Not all managers are good leaders and not all leaders are in management. With that said, our current management, dedicates an unbeleivable amount of time learning about new products and educating their employees with the new info. This results in new procedures and s.o.p's on how to address your specific employment role.
Cons
EVERY company, especially young companies, have cons. I have yet to address one that could tip the boat in a negative aspect. But, if I had to choose something, I would say the need for more customer service rep bodies, to accommodate the growth that we have experienced.
