      Pros

      The company is very big on making sure their employees are happy and they work hard to ensure that. Culture, leaders, benefits, work-life balance, they are all great.

      Cons

      As with any other tech company post-pandemic, Blackbaud is adjusting and it comes with some growing pains.

      Ugly place to work

      Pros

      Before I started working at Blackbaud I was chided about their nickname of "Blackheart". It turns out the moniker is correct. It's a very toxic place to work. Despite my personal success, I did not enjoy my time there.

      Cons

      Senior management operates like an old boys club. They will do ANYTHING to squeeze out another penny from a customer.

      It was better before BlackBaud acquired EVERFI

      Pros

      - Large companies generally allow for more opportunities for growth - LinkedIn Learning is a good added benefit - Decent PTO (4 weeks) although EVERFI had unlimited - Remote work

      Cons

      - Layoffs, restructuring, constant job-title changes - LOW compensation (I'm making 20K more for the same title at my new company in the same industry) - Toxic work environment due to lack of trust with leadership - Preaches diversity as being important but acts in ways that show otherwise
