      Pros

      Blackbaud customers are doing amazing things to make the world a better place, so that is very inspiring. Overall benefits and time off are competitive.

      Cons

      We treat our customers poorly. Quality of customer support has gone down significantly. While some employees go out of their way to help, others seem to act only as blockers. At times fellow employees' unwillingness to help and red tape within the company makes Blackbaud worse for our success than our competitors. Growth opportunities exist in Charleston only and even in Charleston, new hires often are recruited for middle to upper management roles.

      PTO, benefits, and remote work.

      Cons

      I can’t think of another positive thing to say about Blackbaud. There’s something wrong when senior sales people with years and years of experience are all saying the same thing... no one will talk to me! You didn’t hire all bad people, there’s something broken within the company that is not resonating with clients and prospects.

      We have some of the most talented people who know the products and the industry. Work flexibility is great Work with some amazing clients that do good in society

      Cons

      Doesn't value talent Continues to value profit over client satisfaction Mistakenly thinks solutions can stand on their own without client relationships No capability of upward movement in career Interdepartment communication is non-existent which kills innovation New solutions in the market are stealing business with better products and better client/employee relationships Just a company who has lost touch with their clients
