A toxic atmosphere with leadership in it for themselves
Pros
A really great coffee set up and game room. Good time off and depending on the manager, the ability to work from home and phone it in remotely. Good benies, but they have gotten more expensive over time.
Cons
No one really cares which is VERY unfortunate. Those who cared have either left or are heading out. The Austin office is a ghost town and morale is horrible in almost every department! Unfortunately, the employee of the month is either the ping pong table or the pinball machine. Management is clueless to the audience they serve. Too many VP's have been recycled to other departments as they checked needed boxed for diversity. Old Support Leadership now runs Customer Success as they did Support. Very sad to a lack of expertise here. Support model has been decimated and blown sky high with almost every fix requiring a cost to the client. This has destroyed the morale in the Success teams and upset the customer base to no end. Employees get very little equity if any. Leadership gets a ton of equity and is very much a buddy buddy group of ex-colleagues from past jobs. Massive nepotism and be careful what you say in public. The walls have ears. No promoting anyone remote. Must be in a HQ office to be a leader or manager.
