Pros

- stable Good starting point with plenty of entry level and mid level positions.

Cons

- Old tech stack - not so great management I like being able to pick the right tool for the job, but that can be challenging at times. There doesn't seem to be much investment in modernizing itself, and with a company this big acquiring more and more smaller companies: change takes years to reach us.

Pros

Direct Managers tend to leave reports alone for the most part

Cons

Management heavy, compensation reductions across the board in 2013 disguised as bonus plan and commission plan restructuring. Now hiring college hires to handle work that is too difficult just to save more money. CRM product is flawed and went to market before it was ready.

Many smart people working here. Some improvements in the last year. New CEO seems sharp.

Cons

Highly political environment. Culture is interesting/odd. Very hard to get ahead; Leadership praises the squeaky wheel and never looks further.
