      Pros

      I have been at Blackbaud for less than a year, but it has been one of the best experiences so far. The overall company culture is inclusive, supportive, and intended to help us advance professionally and personally. With the remote rollout, the company provides collaboration tools for us to keep in touch. I am fully engaged and connected to my team, thanks to the enabling culture. The company's message to spread social good is not just in theory but in spirit and practice.

      Pros

      Generous PTO Direct manager has been great Great products and they are getting better Market leader

      Cons

      Seems to be more concerned about cutting costs. Basically gave everybody that had a company phone a pay cut by eliminating that benefit. All the good salespeople jumped ship over the past year because the pay at BB is well below market for software sales. Even more jumped ship after the new comp plan was released. Horrendous! My guess is they will lose even more reps over the next few months with the new micromanagement strategy.

      Great product in the Non-profit market Folks internally are friendly and helpful Regional leadership is great Continuous training Great work / life balance

      Cons

      Reduction of resources have hurt sales folks Support team is lacking and I hear continuous bad reviews from my clients Implementation is not always the best Lack of career growth Senior leadership doesn't have a vision on where the company needs to go
