      Overall good place to work, good benefits, ability to be remote

      Cons

      Pressure to do more with less, more responsibility for no additional pay, great ideas from leadership but not enough time in the day to execute/carry through, multiple recent reductions in force

      Pros

      I love my team and the culture of the company overall. The leadership I have reported to has been very flexible and understanding with my single parent household needs as well - that is huge to me!

      Cons

      I love working at Blackbaud, but it’s difficult to move up. Salary bands aren’t transparent either so you don’t know where you stand in terms of capping out in any given role.

      Low pay they compare salaries state to state not city the city no cost of living. factored in. Losing fabulous and smart people to the competition because of the low salaries by $30,000 or $40,000. Great stepping stone when you're out of college but then you grow up and have to move on.
