      Great, Except for the Job Insecurity

      Pros

      I enjoy my work and customers very much. My team is tight-knit with an awesome manager.

      Cons

      I'd be at 5 stars if this company would stop with the rounds of layoffs due to top-down bad decisions. We're all traumatized when Q1/Q2 comes around.

      Not Interested in Employee Success

      -Fully remote -No pressure to have to work a full 40hr a week -

      Cons

      I got such a low base pay that I qualified for some of the programs at the non-profits I was selling into. If you want an employee that takes your career goals seriously then this is not the place. They burn through account executives rather than paying them a competitive wage. K-12 vertical does well but the majority of AEs in the NPO vertical never hit their number. They are stretched thin for SCs so deal movement is extremely slow.

      Great people and training is beneficial.

      Too much on your plate at once and management cares only about the people who can maybe put up numbers with their unrealistic expectations.
