Great clients, great employees, poor leadership!

Pros

Most of the employees are not only brilliant, hard working and great to collaborate with, but they also care about their clients mission.

Cons

Leadership is stuck in the good ole boy network , very low pay unless you are executive level.

Pros

There was a great company culture and lots of enthusiasm a year ago, but that is going away with changes in management on the Support side.

Cons

New managers of Support don't seem to care if you are overworked and under trained. They don't participate in the larger Company culture, don't encourage advancement. They really seem as if they want veteran employees to quit. And they ARE, in droves.

Excellent flexible work schedule with opportunities to work remotely Good benefits Nice Co-workers work life balance Good purpose to help non profits

Cons

Absolutely no guidance for career growth Employee or team member suggestions are ignored Managers promise to help with career development but have no guidance Managers show favoritism No recognition of experience, seniority, or positive feedback from clients Very less pay compared to industry standards Very high revenue targets set and always stress to close more projects Customer satisfaction is not given importance . Revenue generation is given high preference Lack of training to users Products are not bug free Seems like the company goal keeps changing too often
