      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Great co-workers. Great PTO.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity to progress to next level, especially if in an office outside of headquarters. Few resources/budget to accomplish yearly goals. No accountability throughout company. C-level management has "old-fashioned" business mentality; hire more sales people; more, more, more! More budget and focus need to be placed on product improvements and enhancements. True SaaS companies will quickly take over market share.

      - Working with Non Profit organizations - Like-minded colleagues. Most colleagues believe in the company and mission. We are dedicated to helping our clients make the world a better place. - Work-life balance - Training and Professional Development - Leadership is accessible even at the Executive level - benefits - good fit for recent college grads

      Cons

      - siloed - operational structure and procedures - salary is not competitive. extremely difficult to calculate commission. - there is a disconnect between exec. leadership's words and middle management's actions - initiatives to address employee concerns move at a snail's pace or go nowhere - not the best place for a long term career

      Constant re-organizations. Lack of relationship continuity with clients. Ruderless sales leadership. Unhappy client base due to poor technical support.
