      I've worked hard, learned a ton, failed and succeeded and have had a lot of fun and laughter in the process.

      Pros

      I would say the best part of working for BT is the office culture. It is a great place to come into everyday and I genuinely like all of my co-workers. Also the core values of BT align with my values in the sense that it is about people and relationships not just success and results. Everyone works hard because we care and always want to grow and learn which is something that is fostered from the top. We work hard and laugh while doing it. We strive to be the best but there is moral support in the learning process.

      Cons

      You don't have to wear a uniform and name tag. Oh wait, that isn't a con is it? You get a Happy Birthday email from the Principals for your birthday (I guess that's a con for some people?).

      Pros

      Great people; flexibility in work environment. Extreme autonomy. Excellent opportunities to rise up. Company only promotes from within. Working hours are flexible. Always have support from upper management

      Cons

      Training isn't always the greatest, but that's because it's hard to train you on how to do things in whatever way you see best. BT gives you autonomy to decide how to get the job done, and do it.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely friendly and relatable. You can ask anyone for advice without feeling judged and everyone has a story that they're willing to share which makes you feel like you're never alone. If I'm struggling with something at the property I am never at a loss for assistance. It's like working with friends which is a huge deal, who you work with really determines how happy you feel with the work that you're doing and right now I feel happy.

      Cons

      It's a relatively small company so there are only so many steps you can climb but there are an endless amount of learning opportunities.
