      Fantastic Company to work for

      Pros

      The best staff you'll ever work with. Period. Everyone is authentic, fun and professional. It's the first job I've ever had where I feel like I'm working among peers instead of in a hierarchy. They care, they let you know they care, and they value having a great work-life balance. We work hard and we play hard.

      Cons

      I don't really see this as a con, but the only thing I know some people struggle with is the lack of a structure to train you. Luckily they do an amazing job of hiring people who will thrive in this kind of an environment, but if you need supervisors who are hands-on this may not be the right fit for you.

      I didn't get invited to the golf tournament :(

      Thank you so much for the feedback! There will absolutely be more golf tournaments in the future! The annual IREM golf tournament invites are sent out to members and those with designations initially. Then, once those spots are filled we send out an announcement. Let us know next summer that you're interested. That being said, maybe a BT golf tournament is in order.... :) P.S. If you're interested in getting your ARM, let your manager or Chelsea know. Classes start soon!!

      Pros

      BT is the most incredible company to work for. You are surrounded by a big family that wants nothing more than for you to succeed. They compensate everyone fairly and competitively, along with excellent bonuses and perks!! The clients and vendors are also excited to work with BT so there's excitement and respect all around, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Some people have taken advantage of the generosity of the company, luckily each instance I witnessed was handled promptly and respectfully.
