      Great mission but a mess internally

      Pros

      Free food, and great office location. Some really intelligent people that you could learn things from if you're mainly on the engineering side of things.

      Cons

      Horrible communication internally. No diversity, and doesn't appear to something they'd like to resolve. A lot of politics, and tons of cultural issues. The list goes on, honestly, I would advise avoid applying here and look for a more mature company that has a better foundation.

      High base salary, expect to work a lot

      Cons

      1. They don't care about their employees. 2. No work-life balance. Expect to work long hours, sometimes even weekends. 3. No unlimited PTO. 4. No 401k Matching. 5. Hiring process is hacked. 6. Incompetent management, they don't care about their employees and their career growth. 7. Horrible severance. 8. Toxic culture not because of the employees but because poor leadership and management

      Pros

      Good and helpful peers, Remote Work and Unlimited PTO. If you think the above is worth it and you can keep you're head down, please don't.

      Cons

      They say there won't be a layoff, but quietly pick off people. Management sucks and middle management is even worse. Insane turn over rate! There is a term called Blink years, i.e. how many years you're at the company and 2 means you're a veteran. Either you go by yourself or they let you go when that time is up. Note the difference in reviews from employees over a year here.
