      Pros

      The people who haven't made it to manager level yet are humble and open, and the free lunches is a great perk.

      Cons

      When I joined Blink, it was a great place with tons of brilliant people. Over the course of a year, everyone that I looked up to and saw as brilliant left, either due to politics, frustration with their chain of command, or just general unhappiness. I've never worked at a place where so many people can joke about how working there is responsible for their anxiety, depression, or whatever other bad emotion is wrecking them.

      Pros

      The mission is incredibly noble and you will be proud to wake up each morning (but only for your first few months of employment). You are exposed to many smart people from different backgrounds - unfortunately, you won't work with those people for too long due to the revolving door. You do have the opportunity to make a difference - however, this requires a strong will to counter the politics that have poisoned this business. CEO & COO are quick to pivot strategic direction of the company based on the economy.

      Cons

      This company has lost its identity due to three rounds of layoffs last quarter resulting in employees feeling scared and angry and speaking poorly about the company. There is no value for people there right now. The senior leadership team is afraid of the founders resulting in unrealistic timelines and high turnover across all departments. There are more people telling colleagues what to do instead of executing. No prioritization on improving product. No communication.
