Brilliant people and an amazing culture for a lifesaving product.
Pros
From day one, everyone at Blink has been super supportive in getting me acclaimed to the complexities that plague our healthcare system in America. With all the new grounds Blink is breaking by providing affordable drugs to people nationwide, it has been a pleasure experiencing all the effort put into establishing an exciting and inclusive culture. Even when things go wrong, the teams here make it a point to learn from the wrongdoings rather than pointing fingers and searching for a person to blame. Nothing is ever completely peachy wherever you are, but considering Blink operates in such a tough industry, one that concerns the livelihoods of people all over, the effort in establishing a great company culture is one of Blink's many strong suits. I am more than glad for making the choice to sign on here and I am confident it was one of best choices I've made in my career.
Cons
Living the startup life is not easy and Blink is victim to some of the startup woes which include hairy codebases, some outdated documentation and sometimes unrealistic deadlines. Considering the company is growing at a fast pace, there is much hope that these problems will be remedied with well-staffed and capable teams
