I can consider that I worked at Blip for a weekend. I had the worst experience of my life in the recruitment process at Blip. I even received an offer on a Friday and I was told to give ok on Monday. In my mind, I was already hired, but when I went to respond to my acceptance on Monday, I received a call that there was an internal mistake and my offer should be cancelled. They said that there was an internal conflict and that another HR employee had already closed a proposal. Anyway, the feeling was one of extreme frustration, something I don't wish on anyone.

Very good work-life balance Lots of flexibility with your day to day Nice perks (team budget to spend on team building, great health insurance, annual bonus based on your performance, kitchen with all sorts of food, etc..) Great environment, nice office and all the commodities you need to make your work easier

Cons

Probably not the greatest when it comes to salary, but again you need to wave everything, salary plus all the perks. You might end up working for a vertical that is outside Blip and reporting to someone in LA, UK or any other place taking you from a "Blip team" and inserting you on a different kinda of environment on your day to day work.

Pros

They are very flexible about your lifestyle. If you need two hours lunch time they will say nothing. For example, some people go surfing at lunch time. They value high code standards and you'll be working with clever people.

Cons

Sometimes you need to work with outdated technologies. It's normal in big companies. If you don't want to work with outdated technologies you have to work for a startup and change every 2 years. Its hard to have a career upgrade since most of the people is good.
