Works with Agile, which is not very common for companies based in Portugal. Nice ways to manage stress - free food, XBox, foosball table. Hack days. Weekly front-end code reviews. Career progression opportunities. Awesome colleagues. Overall care with the quality of the work. Private health insurance.

Cons

Pressure to work at home after work hours are finished.

free food, games available to play, there is not a lot of stress, great environment. it's really like you the old times in the university, everybody is always joking, even when working.

Cons

managers still have an old school mindset, controlling your working hours, and always trying to be in charge. it's difficult to have a technical career at this company, since you always work on the same product.

- Big company with multiple connections to other (even bigger) hubs - Strong in the betting and gaming industry

Cons

Maybe I was unlucky (since the company has a huge name and good fame in the market) but really didn't enjoy my team's atmosphere, environment and culture overall. I felt that there's a projected image to the outside that didn't match the reality of this team, in particular. Felt a great lack of transparency in the way things were handled, in general - towards me, and recruitment processes as well. Also felt some micromanagement which I wasn't expecting. But then again, this was only one team and the company is big so maybe I really was unlucky.
