      Pros

      Good for entry level person right out of college.

      Cons

      Salary is very low (starting at around $10 an hour. Very few raises given out. Went several years without a pay raise. Management doesn't treat employees fairly.

      Good benefits, health insurance, matching 401K up to 6%, standard vacation. Management is fair will listen to concerns. Good place to start at career.

      pay could be better. few raises. revolving door for new employees just out of college
