Pros

- super ambitious goals - gain experience in blockchain and fintech - you can bond with your coworkers over how miserable you all are Really inspiring to hear the head owner talk about the company's goals and ambitions, but the day-to-day work becomes so frustrating you will be looking for a way out very quickly.

Cons

- pay/benefits are well below market rate - incompetent leadership: these guys have no idea how to run a software company - "loyalty" valued over skill, performance, or competence. "trust" is cited as the single most important quality, and yet no employee is trusted. - super strict work hours, 8am-5pm no exceptions, even salaried employees must clock-in/clock-out - no one knows where the funding comes from, super secretive, which is pretty shady. enormous amounts of money are spent on everything EXCEPT employee happiness/compensation It was immediately clear how unhappy the existing team was from my first day on the job. People do not feel valued or respected, despite making real sacrifices for the company. Basic hardware was not provided for things like mobile testing, even installing the necessary software to do basic tasks becomes a huge headache. The PM has no idea how to manage deadlines and constantly over promises to the owners, leading to everyone on the team stressing out ALL THE TIME. Everything is so secretive and people are always whispering in offices while devs work in isolated cubicles with no idea of what's going on. The minutes and hours crawl by and you can feel the despair in the air.

Pros

Some talented people work there.

Cons

VP's are dishonest and afraid, especially of Jeff and David Berns. Recreational marijuana does cause immense paranoia. The charade won't last for long.

Pros

Healthcare is good but it’s over shadowed by the negative

Cons

Where to begin Leadership/management is ridiculous. No one communicates and no one has any idea what each other are doing. They promote people to positions that they arnt qualified for and it creates chaos. Great and amazing people leave or get fired because they voice their concerns and no one listens or cares. Promises of raises and better opportunities are all hearsay and never followed through. The owners talk about transparency yet they lock themselves in there own little wing away from everyone and you need to schedule times to POSSIBLY speak to them....and that’s if they are EVER around. It’s a rich mans dream with no substance or carry through and it’s SOOO SAD because if they could open their eyes and actually listen to EVERYONE that works for them then they could have a chance. But instead they fire anyone and everyone without knowing what’s going on.
