Pros

-Clients are the best part of the field. -Small company so you get to know everyone -lots of team building events albeit they were mandatory so this was not always great -they offered benefits -pay was competative

Cons

- Lack of hours, families unhappy with turnover -BTs were unhappy with the owner/ceo creating a lingering negative energy toward the end of my employment -People who brought up concerns were punished - lack of supervision/support for some clients

-Ability to have a lot of indirect tasks -Appreciate hardworking colleagues -Clients were a pleasure to work with

-Leadership at the top was unable to take feedback, resulting in a sudden firing -Inconsistent hours -Leadership at the top did not keep promises made during hiring about hours/position title -Did not take into account employees wishes about location -Pressured other employees into not sharing salary with other employees
