Thank you for your comments. It is nice to hear that our casual dress code is appreciated. We have a strong commitment to providing a work/life balance to our employees. We take feedback and suggestions very seriously. We believe our newly created position of Business Analyst Manager will help address the delegation of tasks. The BAM will strive to balance tasks throughout the group. Not only will this help with the efficiency of performing the tasks but will also ensure that less experienced employees receive proper training and hands-on opportunities take on new challenges.

Pros

Blue Mountain has been around for many years and it is a stable company with a great deal of knowledge and experience among the employees. At the same time, very good at listening to suggestions and feedback and making changes.

Cons

Currently going through some growing pains. Needs to formalize training for new employees so they can come up to speed quickly.

Pros

-Adapts well to employee skills & lifestyle (put people where they're interested and best suited to work) -Recognizes the need to support a work/life balance -Directors provide guidance and room to grow without micromanaging their teams -HR works very hard to maintain good benefits for all employees (healthcare, dental, vision, 401k)

Cons

-Limited but expanding room for career & financial growth within the organization. Career paths have been further developed over the past several years and this is turning around. Employees now have a chance to step up from entry level and increase their salary within a reasonable amount of time (1 year+). This is encouraging.
