Haphazard Company.

Pros

Laid back work environment. People seemed nice.

Cons

- Absolutely no Training Structure. - Limited growth opportunities unless you stay for years. - Lousy pay. - Company Bragged about sales and rarely gave it back to the employees. - A very wealthy but very cheap minded company. - Upper management had no decision making power - everything was bottlenecked through the owner - People seemed very fake which made me uncomfortable. - I didn't learn anything new and the work is monotonous / mind numbing. - This job did not require any skills from my college degree nor did I obtain any skills from working there. I would not recommend going here if you want to find value in your degree.

- Relaxed atmosphere - Flexible working hours - Great location - LOTS of work/projects - Quarterly community service - Great group of coworkers - Inter-departmental collaboration

Cons

- LOTS of work/projects - Not enough resources (people) to get it all done

Pros

one of the great pros for this company is that you the employees have a say. My co-workers are helpful and friendly. there are frequent opportunities to grow with the company. There are opportunities to participate in cross functional projects. within the Professional Services group there is a well defined career development track. We have the opportunity to volunteer on different charity events during our work time.

Cons

As will any small company There are many projects going on simultaneously.
