Pros

Space geek Nirvana. Growing fast, but with the resources to be successful. Very flat management structure. Good team environment. In Kent there is a nice break room/kitchen area for employees, and plenty of nice lunch spots in the neighborhood. Things are much more limited at the Texas site, but you do get to see, and hear, large rocket engines being tested.

Cons

It's hard work, the expectations are high, and the hours can be long. Some dogs just don't belong in an office. The benefits are no better that other tech companies I have worked for.

Pros

Exciting industry and employer to work for.

Cons

Good pay, but when you break it down by hour, it's not so good. This site is in a VERY remote location. Travel time to the site, plus travel time to civilization to do things like get groceries, seek medical attention, etc = a much lower than expected hourly wage.

Pros

Small, innovative company that is taking on very large challenges. New ideas are encouraged and differing opinions are heard. Every day is a new and exciting challenge, and you won't find a better group of people to work with. Benefits are generous employees are encouraged to take advantage of them. You are rarely micromanaged and have the freedom to work around other commitments. Very flat management structure

Cons

High expectations and a drive to meet schedule can be stressful. When a deadline is approching, you are expected to put in the extra effort/hours to get the job done. You are expected to know your stuff, and contribute meaningfully every day. With minimal management comes greater individual responsibility.
