Excellent work culture that emphasizes communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Being able to ask questions and clarify direction and requirements helps to ensure things get done to provide the customer the best experience possible.

Cons

The only possible con is that the company is a small, big company, but that lends itself to a family style workplace where you know everyone.
